Requirements

  • 1Minimum D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning Engineering
  • 2Minimum 3 years of experience
  • 3Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and AutoCAD
  • 4Able to read and prepare S-curves
  • 5Understands MEP and maintenance of HVAC, AHU, FCU, and split systems
  • 6Able to troubleshoot air-conditioning systems from chiller to AHU/FCU
  • 7Able to manage technicians, evaluate performance, and prepare monthly reports
  • 8Strong communication and leadership skills
